Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
If you purchase your product before 3:00 PM PST your product will ship same day Monday-Friday except holidays. Majority of products are shipped via Fedex Smartpost which may take 2-8 business days to receive. Fedex will drop the package off to your local post office and your local post office will deliver the package to the shipping address provided. Heavier products will be shipped via Fedex Ground which may take 1-4 business days to receive.
Return Policy:
Item may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. The item should have no damages or modifications made to it. All items MUST be in original package and unused. After receiving the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item’s price within 3 business days. Return Shipping will be paid by the buyer unless wrong or defective item has been received. In that case, we pay for return shipment.
What to Do Once Received:
All of our high density foam is delivered rolled and vacuum-sealed. Once you have received your package please take the rolled foam out of the package, cut carefully as to not tear the foam, roll it out cautiously as it may spring open, and allow at least 24 hours for the foam to regain it's original shape.
