Private: Batting Roll

Shipping for items:
 If you purchase your product before 3:00 PM PST your product will ship same day Monday-Friday except holidays. Majority of products are shipped via Fedex Smartpost which may take 2-8 business days to receive. Fedex will drop the package off to your local post office and your local post office will deliver the package to the shipping address provided. Heavier products will be shipped via Fedex Ground which may take 1-4 business days to receive.

Return Policy for items:
Item may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. The item should have no damages or modifications made to it. All items MUST be in original package and unused. After receiving the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item’s price within 3 business days. Return Shipping will be paid by the buyer unless wrong or defective item has been received. In that case, we pay for return shipment.

What to Do Once Received:
Our batting roll is delivered rolled and sealed. Once you have received your package please take the batting roll out of the package, cut carefully to not tear the foam, roll out the desired length you need, use as needed for stuffing or reupholstery projects. If Batting roll is wrinkled when unrolled, customers have recommended lightly spraying the batting roll with a little bit of water and put into the dryer on low heat for up to 12 mins.
