Please allow 5-7 business days for the foam to be cut. Shipping will be via Ground Shipping.
Ground Shipping may take anywhere between 2-8 business days to deliver your package.

1. Custom Cut Returns:
• All custom cut foam orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• If the item is the incorrect size after 72 hours of opening the product from the box and packaging, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
2. 30-Day Return Period:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery (except for our custom cut orders).
• Items requested for return after this period will not be accepted.
3. Condition of the Item:
• To be eligible for a return, the foam product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• We reserve the right to deny returns on items that exhibit signs of customer-induced damage, misuse, or improper handling.
4. Damaged Items:
• Damages caused by the customer, including improper handling, cutting, or alterations, will not be eligible for return or will be charged up to a 100% restocking fee on any and all items as stated above.
5. Return Authorization:
• Prior to returning any item, customers must contact the online platform which you have purchased from (Amazon, eBay, our company, etc.) and create a return request.
• Once your return request is approved, please follow the return instructions given prior to shipping.
6. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, such as return labels or boxes purchased for return purposes, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items.
7. Refund Process:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through the online platform which you have purchased the items from.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• Any questions about your refund status must be directed to the customer service of the online platform from which you purchased the items from.
