By accessing the FoamTouch website and purchasing our foam products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and businesses who purchase from us.
Services and Product Use
FoamTouch provides industry-grade foam materials and precision cutting services. Our products are intended for professional and industrial applications. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the foam specifications meet their specific industry safety standards and requirements.
FoamTouch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products once they have been delivered and integrated into the client’s manufacturing and packaging processes.
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund for non customized items, the item must be in original condition. For customized items we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or make any refunds for customized foam products unless wrong or defective item has been received. In that case, we will pay for return shipping and refund will be made within 3 business days after receiving the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
