Very professional. Foam was cut to exact size in comparison to the major competitor from Michigan that sent me a piece that was about 1.5 inches too large in both directions. I had to cut that down, mutilating it in the process. Their response was basically that is how it is sometimes. Also, your foam seems to be firmer than theirs, which was supposed to be firmer than yours!!!
